Type map file format. A document given a "type" by an Internet server (using its normal suffix-based mechanisms) as application/x-type-map. .vbx - Visual Basic Extension format. .vic - Video Image Communication and Retrieval (VICAR) format. Used in simulations for scenery/map files. .vmf - Vocaltec Media File format. Native format of the Internet Wave Encoder containing audio content.
